Vega and Sagat on Street Fighter II, they were so much harder than Balrog and Bison.

But the real pain in the bum was Tubular from the Special Stages in Super Mario World. Spent the whole stage flying with them balloons trying to avoid Chargin' Chucks throwing baseballs and Paratroopas flying about.

most of the pokemon cave levels except mt. moon, but rock tunnel, victory road, mt. chimney, ice pass, rocket hideout, OMG! now, if i get lost, i don't worry so much, because i get to level up the lower levels, and capture some brand new pokemon, even if they are quite useless.

Definitely the Chemical Plant Zone in Sonic 2. I sucked at most Video Games when I was a kid but I still loved to play. My cousin was the whiz kid though. Now on a good day I can get to Death Egg Zone and shortly after that Metal Sonic and Robotnik's Giant Robot suck up my lives faster than you can say "I wish I had a few rings." LOL

it didn't give me hell as a child, but when it came out i had a serious gray hair problem with jak II for the ps2. broken difficulty and missions that are easy to fail at. it still makes me wonder why naughty dog didn't test these missions fully before releasing the game

About every single thing about the original TMNT for the original NES. I hate that game with a passion but still torture myself by playing it once in awhile. It is the most ridiculous game I have ever played. Not only is it tough, the "bad guys" are not even part of the Turtles. My kids have to leave the room whenever I play it because I almost have a coronary.... I am feeling my blood pressure rise just thinking about it.

Which was almost impossible to do considering the traps and all.

I remember having trouble with King K. Rool in Donkey Kong Country.
