the ostrich segment from the "i can't wait to be king" level in lion king on snes. kept crashing into tree branches

Why did they make that level the 2nd level anyway?

i know right? they could've easily put in a level based on the elephant graveyard scene

Between the first level and the Elephant Graveyard level, they should've put in a level where you can control Mufasa and fight the hyenas in the Pride Lands. It would give players the Mufasa experience.

Figuring out how to get the Rubber Tree in Curse of Monkey Island. It's not that I didn't know that I had to get it, it was figuring out how to get it. Another thing that took quite some time to figure out.

On a related topic, I hated trying to figure out the moves in Monkey Kobmat from Escape from Monkey Island (though I wasn't really a kid anymore when this came out). It was frustrating because of all the combinations.

I think I have used cheat codes, Game Genie, etc. to finish most of my games. I remember when I first got Street Fighter for SNES. It took me forever to beat Major Bison, I would get pissed off and almost break the controller on my knee; it was so great to finally kick his ass.

Oh yeah, I could never beat King Boo in Luigi's Mansion for some reason. All my friends did too. Kinda embarrassing.

Atari 2600: Raiders of the Lost Ark. You have to use two different controllers to play this -_-

Me and my brother could never figure that out... care to inform?

This is from the part I got stuck on, to the end.

Once you get to the part with the two geysers and pointy rocks hanging down, you have to jump up and hit the last rock until it falls and knocks the rock out of the hole you have to jump down into. Then you float across the lava, hit a few more enemies, and when you get to the falling rocks/geysers part, you dodge the falling rocks/geyser eruptions until some more rocks fall and plug up the geyers. Then you jump on the plugged geyser farthest from you, and it'll launch you into the next level.

                          Hope that helps.

Hydro City Zone from Sonic the Hedgehog. I could never move fast enough during Act 2, when the wall started moving and would crush you if you stopped.

Any of the special stages in Super Mario World. I cannot tell how much frustration it caused trying to beat them without using Game Genie (Especially Tubular).

Some levels from Donkey Kong Country 2 (can't remember them off the top of my head).

Hmm I know the levels in my head I just can't seem to determine what games they were from. I remember one level from a SNES X-Men game where you have to get out of a factory that's timed to explode.
