Is there a way to remove comments that put-down an article? There's some people who may NOT like the comments used, like they'll say "Hey...this article sucks" and wish it wasn't under the article.

like actionbastard said, it's not possible, and the article system has been like this since retrojunk's 2004 years, though i was just a lurker at the time. i happen to give some people a little pep talk for any articles that are on the back page, but i won't do that to you. it's mostly the newbies that i lectureAre you sure you want to delete this post? Okay...thanks for the article on how to write an article. I just hate the critics on here telling me to "Stop putting peanut butter in our chocolate" (Another one of them is DeliGuy)!
I just hope they get dragged into "The Back Pages" and totally forgotten! Are you sure you want to delete this post? Yes | No

Ignore 'em. What do they know? There is a battle between two wolves inside us all.
One is evil and the other one is good. Which wolf will win? The one you feed the most.

I don't get kicks from bashing people dude... If I tell you something is wrong, its so you can correct it and do better the next time. If I became frustrated it was b/c you disregarded what people were telling you and just tried to argue. If you want to write an article that doesn't go straight to the back page or have a low score, then you need to stop doing top (insert number) articles and you need to do retro articles. Otherwise your articles won't last very long and won't do very well. I understand wanting to discuss the things you are writing about, but save it for the forums on here. Thats all.[quote]In my final meeting with the gods from the heavens above, as they spoke to me and hit me with the power of the Ultimate Warrior, they told me Exit stage left! I'm sorry I was being defensive with you and back-lashing you, like I said...I take things the wrong way, but I do want to make amends to the ones that wrong me. I am removing the planks out of my eyes as one would say. But I wouldn't doubt that you faced this scenario with many people on here...even the elites.
And the last two articles, I'll be honest...I didn't have a rough draft either. I also said before, since I have a blogspot account...I'll put the Top-16 posts there, link them up, have you look at them and have the masses tell me if it should be here or not. If so, I'll make the list especially for here and if not...the blogspot it shall stay.

No need to apologize. Just keep in mind MOST of the people on here who were basically just baiting people into a fight have been banned already. Writing good articles is hard. I try to give good feedback when I can, but sometimes authors are really jerks and try to come back on you when you post something negative. I don't hold back when those guys rear their ugly heads.
Don't know if I've ever given feedback on any of your articles or not, but if it was negative, just know it's because a) it sucked, and b) I want you come up with something that doesn't suck. If everyone told you that they loved it, you would never learn anything. Are you sure you want to delete this post? Yes | No
