I agree. Some stuff on ebay is fake. Clothing, handbags, watches, jewlery, most stuff located in hong kong is fake. Be on the lookout. If something is faked, just report the seller to ebay, and you should get yourmoney refunded.

So in a round about way you agree with me, since all he did was cut out the middle man, that being Ebay.

And to my knowledge Ebay dosnt refund diddly, they only host the seller, and they take a profit from the seller for hosting whatever item..I dont sell on ebay so I dont know for sure, but im purty sure there policy is a non refund policy. If they do do refunds they dont advertise it to the point where my friend would been tempted to pay. And even if they did I would probly still advised him against paying.

And yes I agree the seller wasnt the best con artist in the world if he was smart indeed he would of waited for payment.
    Peace ta da masses!

If at one time you listed your phone number with eBay then the buyer probably has access to it...however, I never look for a phone number. I'm a seasoned ebayer, both as a buyer and seller. i have learned patience. If everybody just chills out, transactions will be completed one way or another. I do have a problem with newbies not paying or communicating very well, which is very frustrating. but you learn to deal with it.

i don't know what i'd have a harder time doing. buying a product before i had it in hand. or selling a product without money in hand.

the internet is messed up. if i want something bad enough i go to the local comic/vintage/new toy store and ask them to order it for me. if it doesn't come then i lose nothing if it does come I pay a few extra bucks for ordering it for me.

i think more stores that are willing to do that would probably make good business.
