stake n sheak 2 years 10 months ago Posts: 1769	There is little in my music collection that would be described as such. But sometimes a band that I like will make some songs with that characteristic. For instance, Einstuerzende Neubauten, a band known mainly for cacophony and harshness, became comparatively quite mellow in their mid/later work. Here is "Die Explosion Im Festspielhaus" a song which is very serene in the first half, and ends with the chanting of an angelic choir. The entire album that was on is relaxing for me. Even the centerpiece track "NNNAAAMMM", which some people may find jarring but I think it's really meditative. I can close my eyes to listen to that and just drift away...
