New to the site, but not so new when it come to those saturday morning cartoons!

That is pretty much what I'm looking for, saturday morning cartoons, from the 80's and early 90's. From He-Man, G.I.Joes, Transformers, & Ronin Warriors to Fragel Rock, Jems & the Popples.

I'm wondering if you guys could show me where I can find these show's? Download them maybe even buy them! I'd like to put them on DVD so they dont take the whole wall, and I'd like to have these so I can show these to the kids, you know some decent cartooning for them!
while were at it, if anyone knows where to find some french cartoons & shows, let me know that too?

Welcome to Retrojunk! As for your retro DVD collection, stop while you still can you'll only become addicted like me...lol. just kidding (mostly) anyway-

He-Man and The Masters of The Universe- The two seasons are being released by BCI/Entertainment Rights in four boxed sets with 33 episodes in each, so far the first two are availble with the third boxed set coming in June. The Christmas Special is also availble along with the He-Man/She-Ra movie- The Secret of The Sword (The best thing Filmation has done IMHO) availble in July.

G.I. Joe- If your talking about the Marvel-Sunbow series the first season and a half of the second season are availble in boxed sets through Rhino. Unfortunately their contract ran out and the last 15 episodes of the series have yet to be released. The two mini-series "A Real American Hero" and "Revenge of Cobra" are also availble in one set now.

Transformers- The entire run of the Marvel-Sunbow series has been released on DVD in five boxed sets, as well as the Movie. Although I regret not buying the rest of the series when I had the chance as now they seem to be rare to find and going for outrageous prices on amazon and the like.

Fraggle Rock- The first two seasons are now on DVD I belive, with the Henson company releasing the entire run in the future.

Jem- I know about 75% of the series has been released on DVD in two boxed sets via Rhino, but like G.I. Joe the contract ran out and its anyone's guess if the last few episodes will see the light of day.

as someone mentioned above, Ronin Warriors is now availble and as far as I know Popples has never been released in DVD format.

            whew, long post!
