    		 Well 2011 is almost officially over. It was a great year for games, in my opinion one of the best in a while. Here's what I thought were the best games, looking forward to seeing what everybody else here thought were the top games.

    Best update to an older game on handhelds:
    The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D

      		 While I did play a lot of games this year...most all of them were classic games. I just don't play too many new ones. My favorite game of the year would definitely have to be Zelda: Skyward Sword, and Mario 3D Land would be second. However, I probably only played a grand total of 4 or 5 new games all year.

          		 I didn't play a lot of new games this year so out of the ones I played, this is my ranking:

          4 - Mortal Kombat 9
          3 - Halo Anniversary
          2 - Uncharted 3 - Drake's Deception
          GoTY - The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim
