Is it just me or is the new transformers toys they come out with just junk. they come apart way to easy, they are no were near as sturdy enough for ruged play (not that I would want to). They do look very cool but most of them ate very hard to convert. Does any one else have any issues with the new toys.

I haven't touched a new TF toy in years, not since it all went to that horrendous bayformers crap. Damned things look like a blender ate some toy cars, then barfed them back up.

This is why I prefer restoring old G1 transformers. I'm working on a headmaster Scorponok right now. Damn thing took me 20 minutes just to disassemble his arms. Everything, not just toys, is built so crappy nowadays.

I agree they are flimsy and way too complicated to transform. I bought my son the police car transformer from the new movie; it came as a car, we transformed it and could never turn it back into a car again. When I was a kid they were much easier to work with.
