First of all, yes I know there was a Blade Runner PC game in the late 90's. In fact it's the only PC game I ever really played.

I was watching the movie the other day and I got to thinking how this movie would make a good game done by the right developers. I'm honestly surprised there has not been a console Blade Runner game yet.

Thing about it is that Blade Runner has inspired so many games or individual levels in games; stuff like Perfect Dark Chicago level, the future level in Time Splitters 2, and theres a dozen more I cant think of right now. The new Deus Ex game is probably the closest to an actual BR game although for some reason I just couldn't get into it.

I dont know what kind of gameplay I would see a Blade Runner game being. Most likely a FPS but you don't spend the whole game shooting replicants, you actually go around the city looking for clues in maybe a sandbox type 2019 L.A., even fly/drive a spinner around. Hell just remake the PC game that be cool too, minus the point and click controls.
