I would say The original five, Moon, Mercury, Jupiter, Veunus, and Mars probably can't because they're not powerful enough. Now the outter sailor scouts, Pluto, Uranus, Neptune, and Saturn probably could. They're a lot more powerful than the original five sailor scouts! It all just depends on who they're pitted against. I admit though, I can't think of any charecters from Dragon Ball Z the outter sailor scouts can beat, because I've never seen a whole lot of episodes of Dragon Ball Z. 
ops: Sailor Saturn could probably beat more Dragon Ball Z charecters thanany of th outter sailor scouts, because she's the sailor scout of death an rebirth. Can you think of any Dragon Ball Z charecters that any of the sailor scouts can beat?

But seriously, no, they can't beat the DBZ characters. Frieza and Vegeta could destroy them all though.There is a battle between two wolves inside us all.
One is evil and the other one is good. Which wolf will win? The one you feed the most.
