Okay the first game is from the 80s for the original Nintendo Entertainment System. A Boy and His Blob: Trouble on Blobolonia. That game had great gameplay and ingenuity in my opinion. Was definetly one of my favorite NES games. Check out Wikipedia's entry for more information: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/A_Boy_and_His_Blob

The next one is much more obscure. The Adventures of Willy Beamish. I have only played the Sega CD verision of this game, which I owned. I never could beat it because my copy froze up at a certain scene. I really liked the game though, would love to give it another go if I can find a copy.

Remember both games (Beamish quite fondly)

Rented A Boy and His Blob a few times.. got stuck quite a bit

My friend and I spent pretty much a whole summer with Beamish (among other games/things) and beat it. Awesome game.

I played Beamish for PC quite a bit. Never won it though.

I was a total Sierra addict back in those days.

I heard they were making a sequel to "A Boy and His Blob" for Nintendo DS. I haven't heard anything about it in a while though. So it may have been cancelled.
