What songs from Disney films did you like when you were growing up?
There is a battle between two wolves inside us all.

One is evil and the other one is good. Which wolf will win? The one you feed the most.

One of my favorite Disney songs of all time would have to be: "What's This?" (The Nightmare Before Christmas)

                                Catchy and sentimental.

One song I've come to appreciate in my older years is the reprise of Part of Your World

                                  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YbgWgYKmYEg

Yes,it's a fucking girly song, but it has so much authentic passion in it.

                                  I don't know when
                                  I don't know how
But I know something's starting right now
                                  Watch and you'll see
                                  Some day I'll be
                                  Part of your world

Something about those lines and its delivery in most languages that just plucks the strings of my old Atlantean soul.

But the most powerful Disney song is without a doubt Hellfire:

This is funny, we just played Disney song trivia last week. It was fun.

"Why I Should I Worry?" (watched this part on youtube two weeks ago, man was it good!)
"Make A Man Out of You"
                                    "The Circle of Life"
"Everybody Wants to Be a Cat"
                                    "I Won't Say I'm in Love"
                                    "God Help the Outcasts"

You should watch it in Italian, sung by an opera singer!

Edit: OMG! The top two comments on that video almost made me wake everyone up!

"A Whole New World" from Aladdin changed it all for me. When I first heard it when I was 6 in 1992 it blew me away. I remember feeling euphoria and maybe even getting goosebumps. It satisfied me on so many levels and took me to another level.
