JCU 9 years 5 months ago Posts: 355	Believe it or not, MTV once was worth watching. Remote Control, as was mentioned, was a fabulous gameshow. I enjoyed when food would drop on the heads of the contestants at the end of the round. At the moment, other gameshows on MTV are slipping my mind. I am having a brain freeze. Even besides gameshows, MTV used to have other decent shows. Now, from what I understand, it has total garbage on the air.

bleukeekat 9 years 5 months ago Posts: 407	yes it does, but it's geared for a young hip hop taking over the world kind of way. mtv2 was also jsut good in the beginning, it played a lot of indie and 80's and just about anything (remember when they played every single video ever in alphabetical order for about six months- that rocked) and now alas it's went the route of mtv only quicker, and i like hip hop and rap and cheesy white girl music dont get me wrong, but the mtv of yesteryear would kcik this one's arse for what it's done but then again, i grew up with mtv in the 80's so of sourse i miss it, even in up to the midish/late-ish 90's. i have this awesome vhs called 'i want my mtv' and it has all these ads and skits and commercials when mtv was good..sigh...i want my

And the Obscure turn it up which was like a Bastardized version of Rock and Roll Jep! as well as my Favorite Idiot Savants!! The Brain rules. who was play by the same guy who did Doug on the State. so in the words of doug "I'm outta HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEERRRE!"
