so the other day I was playing my ps3 just fine, and then a day or 2 later I turned it on and popped in my game...when I put it in it went in just like normal and sounded like it was loading...then it started buzzing, and then it sounded like it wanted to eject it but didnt. I got freaked and took it out and tried it again, same thing. Then I tried a blue ray, same thing. after a day I tried my game again and still was acting that way.. we managed to get my sons blue ray of cars to play but it has to be in there when the system turns on, and it skips scenes...Im worried my system may be busted, does anyone know what may be up?

The guy's PS3 is broke. Do you really want to compound his problems? From PS3 to 360 would be like going from blu-ray to cave paintings.

call them up and tell them what is wrong, likly they can tell you over the phone what is wrong and what you need to do. They sent us a box to ship it in (though it still cost $100 even with a warenty, go figure) it could be somthing else though so call the help line.

Mine did this the other day too when I tried to play the new NHL 12 game. Your laser needs to be realigned. turn the PS3 on, make sure there is no disc inside, and hols the eject button down until it starts to make noise, should work fine after that.
