Ok so a wk or so ago I posted about the buttons getting stuck on my ps 3 controller. You guys helped me find a solution, and I followed it. Once i finished putting the controller back together, it was working find, so I decided to play for a bit. I turned on my system and started playing but then noticed, the L1 button wasnt in right, So I had to go back and fix it. Now I tried turning on the system w the controller and it doesnt work. The controller wont come on at all unless I plug it into the ps3, but it only charges. I tried resetting the controller (the hole in the back) and thought it would work but nope. DId I just destroy my controller or what?

You probably crossed a wire somewhere. We had the same thing with our 360 controller, but that was because my husband would slam it onto the floor when he got beat in Soul Calibur 4, lol.

Anyways, check the wires and the buttons of where they would be positioned after everything is in place. If it still doesn't work after that or other buttons begin to not work, buy a new one.
