    		 Does anyone know how to use the cell phone feature in Grand Theft Auto IV? I just started playing around with Grand Theft Auto IV and I went online to get a few cheat codes (full armor, all weapons, etc.), which are numbers you have to punch in using the in-game cell phone. How do you punch in numbers on the cell phone to activate the cheats??? Thanks.

      		 There should be a tutorial on how to use that feature. I would suggest using it.

            You have to use your up/down/left/right and highlight the numbers, press X to hit the number.

              The problem is, I can't see the numbers on the phone. All it shows is the top half of the phone, showing only the phone's display screen. The keypad is not visible.

                		 It's only showing the top half of the phone because you're not pressing the up button twice. If you press the up button once, it brings up the phone. To bring up the keypad, the bottom half, you need to press the up button AGAIN. Once you do that, use your directional pad to navigate the keypad, and press the green phone button to initiate the call.

                This is for PS3, right?

                      I just tried doing what you said...I pushed the up button twice, but still no keypad! Could it possibly be a defect in my copy of the game??? I push the up button once and of coarse the top half of the phone appears...when I push it the second time, nothing happens. All I hear when I push the up button again is the sound of the keypad buttons being pushed, but no keypad is visible.

                        		 Did you just start the game? I can't remember exactly, but you might not be able to do that until Roman gives you his phone. Could be wrong though.

                          I just started the game. It starts out where you are in your apartment, where there is a "save" point. When you leave the apartment, go downstairs and then outside, you then buy a hot dog from a street vendor. After the street vendor, I would just roam the streets and carjack people at random. How do I meet up with Roman???

                            		 Just keep following the R's on the map and doing the introductory missions, it'll happen eventually.

                              I was able to get the phone after driving Roman to the hardware store...but then he gets caught by the loan sharks, causing me to lose the phone and apparently failing the mission. Now I have to find out how to get past the hardware store part...
