    It doesn't work and others are having the same issue. I updated my software just before the outage and I think that is why it works for some and not others. I'm screwed until it comes back up unless I use my PC.

        		 As of last night it is back up, in the US anyway. It ended up shutting down again for a bit due to the poverload of so many people resetting their passwords.

          		 Jeez....I think that PSN needs to update some security codes or encrptions; even though hackers can still get in.


          I heard about they were letting users grab 3 games for free, was that a rumor or does it still exist?

              Negative, I am just waiting. The Xbox got hacked back in the day too. PC's get it all the time too. It is 2011 and not much is safe. Just use the playstation cards if your going to buy anything that way they cant get any personal information.

                  It sure is, just buy them with cash at any store that sells them and buy stuff that you want off the PSN store without having the uneasy felling of getting your personal information stolen.

                          		 From what I have read we get our free games from the playstation store. So whenever that is up we can get our free downloads.
