More info on the game has been released: it seems Sonic Generations will feature old levels from any era (Genesis Dreamcast and Modern) chosen through Sega polls. A gameplay vid has been released showing a lot of the new Green Hill Zone. It looks pretty sweet if you ask me. http://www.meristation.com/v3/des_noticia.php?id=cw4dac4aa853a0d&pic=GEN Also it has been confirmed that Crush 40 has been working on a new recording of Escape From The City, pretty much confirming SA2's City Escape to be one of the levels included.

blueluigi 3 years 7 months ago Posts: 3365 Account Disabled	Oh wow! That looks so amazing. I'm really loving what I'm seeing from this game so far, even more so than Sonic the Hedgehog 4. It also looks like they're getting Sonic's physics down in this game much more than they are with Sonic 4 Episode 1. Man, I'm really looking forward to what else is going to be in this game.

Because CLASSIC Sonic is in this and that means the game is already good despite info barely being released. But seriously though, with all the Sonic fanboys already praising this game only for just the mere fact that classic Sonic is in this, then I really hope Sega adds SOME type small problem just so the idiot fanboys that already say that the game is good will say that it sucks because of one minor thing.

The only reason why they were used in Sonic Spinball is because it was made by Sega of America and they had the rights to use characters from the cartoon series. It seems like Sega has been getting some good Sonic games recently. First we get Sonic the Hedgehog 4 Episode 1, then Sonic Colors, and now Sonic Generations might be next plus there's Sonic 4 Episode 2 to look forward. Looks like Sonic's 20th anniversary is going to be better than his 15th, LOL.

I wish they'd get Jaleel White to do the classic Sonic's voice though. Well whenever it comes out I'll try to buy it, it looks amazing.

Sadly (as people have already said) there's only like a 00.2% chance of that actually happening. Even though from what I hear the canceled SEGA Saturn game Sonic X-Treme was going to have them in it. But that game just had to be canceled and dissapoint all us Sonic SatAM fans.

My Japanese isn't all that great, and neither is the Spanish, but was it saying that you have your choice of playing in either 3D or 2D?

So, does anyone know if you have a choice as to whether you play the game as 2D Sonic or 3D Sonic, or is it set up where you'd, eventually, have to play both ways? Also, does anyone know if the game is going to be put on the Wii? It'd be crazy if only the 360 and PS3 gets it, even though it really sounds like it.

I don't think the Wii will get this one, however there are rumors that it's coming soon on the 3DS
