      		 I think the appeal lies in how simple the gameplay is. I love the Madden series, but I can mess up by pressing the wrong button on occasion. It's a lot easier just having the D-pad and two other buttons on the NES.
      All of this Political Correctness junk is going to turn me into a modern day Archie Bunker before I turn 30.

        		 I played Tecmo Bowl more than I did RBI Baseball. I guess I just have a weakness for football video games. :P

          		 I was more of a Tecmo Super Bowl guy myself. RBI Baseball was cool but I enjoyed several other NES baseball games more...Badnews Baseball, Baseball Stars, and Baseball Simulator 1.000.

              		Tecmo Bowl is great. Madden is pretty good, but this is the Madden BEFORE the Madden, so 4 plays.

              Bo Jackson might be good, but Walter Payton just pwns everything. But that might be because I'm a Bears fan :D

              The only thing that's better and what overpowers Madden nowadays, is its simplicity.

              RBI Baseball, never played it...END OF STORY!!!

                		 RBI Baseball for NES ruled since it listed real MLB players. Bases Loaded was cool beause of superior graphics and the batter could charge the mound, but inferior because it featured made up team rosters.
