Yes, now you can play these games without downloading an emulator or ROM! I was never able to get those to work right, but now there is a site to play all of those classic games!
http://www.virtualsupernes.com/index.html This is the online SNES emulator, it was recently started, so it does not have many games yet, but in the corner you'll see "Emulation Collective". Go there to play more games from the other consoles I listed before.
    ROSEBUD....

yes, rosebud frozen peas. Full of country goodness and GREEN PEANESS. wait that's terrible, I QUIT!

oh what luck, there's a french fry stuck in my beard.

Hey, that site is from the same people that made http://virtualnes.com/. Awhile back I had previously heard that they were thinking about making a virtual SNES site, but I didn't know they had actually made one now. Thanks for the info.

There is another site called "Console Classix" (www.consoleclassix.com) where you can play all the retro console games, starting with Atari 2600. You sign up and it's free to play the Atari 2600, ColecoVision and NES games, but you have "upgrade" and pay for a subscription to play SNES, Sega Genesis, Turbo Grafx 16, Game Boy, Game Gear, etc., which is $5.99 per month.
