It's quite possible to make it through the game in less than fifteen minutes. But, the person who did that one used an emulator, so you'd have to tweak your movents and timings to get through it in a similar time if you want do do it without one.
And, that was the Japanese version. I'm sure there are subtle differences between the two editions.
