              Well, being a long time Sega and Sonic fan I'm fairly excited. Without the Genesis and the first Sonic The Hedgehog game, we wouldn't have such a cult following and fandom. And I wouldn't have accidentally become a furry...lol TMI! :oops: :roll:

                  		 Sonic was so cool back in the day... I can't believe it's already 20. But now that you mentioned it, I think I'm going to play Sonic 2 right now.

                      		 Well, I do know is that Sega is working on a couple projects for Sonic's 20th anniversary, many of which is unannounced. However, I do know that one of them is Sonic 4 Episode 2, which Sega has conformed will be a higher budget than episode 1. Now that's a game I'm really looking forward to.

                        I honestly don't care what Sega does with Sonic anymore because they really don't care about the old fans as much as they do with the current generation of little brats playing Sonic on their Wii's. Nintendo wouldn't even dream of releasing a Sonic game on one of their systems 20 years ago. Why start now? If Sega really wanted to make a statement and truly impress me and the rest of the retro Sonic fans they would have to pull something like remastering the original Sonic trilogy with HD graphics or a faithful series of 2.5D remakes with today's graphical capabilities much like the infamous "Mushroom Hill Zone" graphics demo. Check it out on YouTube. Or if Sega wanted to truly win the older fans back they could take any of the old Sonic game engines and make a new Genesis game...that would just about make me take back anything bad I've said about the post-modern post-Sonic Adventure Sonic in the last 12 years.
