this is some development art that i made for a second novel featuring 10 year old katie, called tune out. if you're familiar with gex the gecko, the story plays out the same. i wanted to try out this concept, since it hasn't been done much, aside from garfield and the movie "stay tuned". in this drawing i brainstormed what the television world would look like, a post-apocalyptic looking landscape with television sets thrown in different places, along with portals that would lead to channels
