Married with Children. I used to love this show back in the early 90's but I just can't get into it these days.

I still like it, but the humor is kind of campy today.

Home Improvement is very dated and campy if I watch it now.

I used to watch ALF in the 80s. Today it is painful to watch. Really most of those 80s sitcoms are kind of cheezy to watch now.

Now there are some other shows that I appreciate more today. I understand the Norman Lear shows such as All in the Family more as an adult and can see why they were so successful.

Wow, I can still watch Home Improvement. I love it! Now I did come across Alf a few months back. I used to worship this show too, but I just couldn't watch it. It was too...I dunno.

Ironically enough, There's a number of shows I didn't like back then that I like now mostly for the camp value. I used to think the A-team was unrealistic and Miami Vice took itself too seriously. Now, I watch both on DVD to escape a crappy decade.

Shows that suck? Hmmm, Until Boomerang came along, I had no clue just how cheap Hanna Barbara is. 4-5 guys doing all the voices and for every success they had, they would try and market 2-3 ripoffs of.

I guess they made a new He-man series a while back that didnt last. I only found out after my wife bought "the complete series" from a $5.00 bin.

Beavis and Butthead - I used to love this show in my teens and 20's but I caught a few episodes recently and it just wasn't as funny as I remembered it. In fact, it was kind of stupid.

Full House - back in the late 80's I had a huge crush on Candice Cameron so naturally I watched this show religiously. These days I find that without that element its just a huge sap-fest. I much prefer Bob Saget's stand up these days.

Family Matters- As much as it shames me to admit it, when I was a tween I actually thought Urkle was really funny. Thank God I grew out of that.

Captain Planet- Back in the day I found the idea of each kid having an elemental power to be really cool. That is until I realize that those kids were completely useless. I would have loved to have seen at least one episode where the kids just solved the problem on their own, but that never happened. In every single episode they would get in over their heads and have to call the Captain to bail them out. Why didn't the just call Captain Planet at the first sign of trouble and save me a wasted half our.

That's exatly what i was thinking too man. lol, I thought this site was for people who loved the shows of the 90's and missed them. I love TMNT I wish it was still on as well as all the other cartoons mentioned. today's cartoon's suck. I hate when kids who love todays cartoons pose as retro junkies to try and promote the new crap they shove down little kids throats these days.

I'm pretty sure Slimer was always on The Real Ghostbusters. Do you mean after they added his name to the title?

The truth of the matter is that I still enjoy watching most of the cartoons that I liked as a kid. I can only take some much of them and couldn't sit and watch them in marathon sessions anymore, but I still like them.

All the bugs bunny and Tom and jerry cartoons. My 7 yr old hates them and I find myself rooting for the "bad" characters.. (Tom, Wiley Cyote, Sylvester, and Daffy) They are just so Obnoxious now.. and violent.

I would say "Chip'n'Dale Rescue Rangers". When I was like 8 years old, it was my favorite show ever. But now, it's my least favorite of the classic Disney Afternoon shows.

Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventures the cartoon. Tried watching it the other day. It was tremendously bad.

Pokemon I used to be obsessed with that show I bought so much merchandise thankfully I never bought any of the videos, after a couple of years the appeal just wore off

Power Rangers after a time I realized how cheesy the show was and that the footage of them as the Power Rangers was taken from a completely different show

Chip and Dale's Rescue Rangers now it's probably my least favorite of the Disney Afternoon cartoons
