yep,
People went kind of nuts and started looking for symbolism in all of the albums, when machina was the only one meant to be a concept. The truth is that the Pisces Iscariot cover is just a cover. Some people beleive that it is a picture of Courtney Love with a strawberry in her mouth, and others insist that it's James Iha. Both of these theories are mere myths, and not based on truth of any kind. Billy Corgan and the rest of the band have remained tight-lipped as to the origins of the cover, and so it remains still a mystery. More than likely it was a fan, personal shot, or s picture from a magazine -- being as blurry and up-close as it is, it's impossible to tell.
You may also note that, if you open the Pisces Iscariot CD case, remove the CD, and hold it up to the light, you'll notice that the picture of Billy saluting the air appears to be highlighted (this is due to the reverse-side image). A similiar illusion is found in the booklet; hold the back page up to a light, and the pan of fish combines with picture of Chris Fabian's locket to produce the eerie image of an eye. Despite what people say, these illusions are not intentional, nor do they mean anything. Billy has publically stated this, and was himself surprised to find the coincidence
