Here's what sucks, I sold my Genesis right before I got it for Christmas. So, I had a copy, just couldn't play it. I sold it to Funcoland (remember them?) and got a few dollars. I should have waited to sell it on eBay. ah well.

I always loved reaching the beaches of Zartacla in order to infiltrate the castle of Acitta. At the time, that was the pinnacle of video game graphics!

You could probably get a Genesis and the game for less than you sold it for now a days.

Yeah, I didn't think video games could ever get any better than that. Next thing I know, I'm playing Death Harvesters and my mind was blown again.

I did have a copy of Star Frontiers: Sathar Attack on Voltumus. It was a great game. I always enjoyed playing the Dralasite character. But the Vrusk was cool too. Being able to hack the computers and look like a giant praying mantis was fun. One of the earliest freeplay RPGs I ever played.

Never played that one, was never much of an RPG guy. Isn't that the one that had the half naked girl on the box with a glowing tiara?

I loved Beyond Oasis and Shadowrun, but Shining Force 2 was easily my favorite Genesis title.

I couldn't agree more but Sonic 2, Streets Of Rage 2, Toejam and Earl, Virtual Pinball, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Hyperstone Heist come in right behind it.
