Hey all i was curious if anyone has these old skoo commericials that used to be on tv, late 80's to early 90's, they featured claymationed figures, and there was two commercials,

the first one was with a dog and a firehydrant, and they are on a street corner in a town, and they sing "After these messages we'll be rrrrrrriiight back!", and the hydrant sprays the dog,

There was another one of the same quality and it was three people standing on the street corner and there was one dude and two girls and they all had big hairdoos and they'd switch up their wigs and say the same line as the hydrant / dog commercial,

If anyone has these commercials, i ask out of pure curiosty, because i always liked the mood of these commercials, so 80's,

Lol, I have those on some old Looney Toons tapes we recorded I think... unless we taped over them. They were 3-D animated as I recall.

I have about 5 or so of those encoded already. I don't want to go through all of the trouble of using yousendit.com to upload and stuff....however, they will be available for download on my website, which I will be posting to the link to on its grand opening (tentatively June 23). Hold on tight and you will be able to download them very soon.

I remember thinking the guy in those commercials looked a lot like Alan Thicke.

I don't normally like bumping things almost a week old.

I got an episode of the Flintstone Kids from 1988 with the fire plug wetting the dog while doing that chant and I'm like "OMG I remember that"

They don't make commercials like they used too. Those commercials back in the 80's were cooool.
It's OK, next time I'll make you listen. I wish that it were in the power of all children to say that to their parents and to know that indeed they would be heard as we were in those wonderful days on Waltons Mountain.Narrator The Waltons (From the Runawa

Believe it or not, I also have a tape of Bugs Bunny with those spots on them. I just remember one with a cowboy playing the guitar. Actually the first time I saw those was while watching Beakman's World. Anyone remember him? :)
