    Mitch Miller, one of the many critics of rock n' roll and the guy who had a 1950's sing-along TV Show...has died at the age of 99.

    His death may have been...Natural Causes.

        I think it was sometime around 1961 that "Sing Along with Mitch" became a reliable hit show for NBC, right up there with "Bonanza" in popularity.

        It seems to my memory that Mitch Miller and the boys didn't become passe until around 1965, when the show began to slip in the ratings. Ol' Mitch provided rather solid, if not old fashioned, entertainment. But for a brief moment Mitch was King of the Television Hill!
