I have been avoiding it for some time now. If I drink Coke I drink the Mexican Coke made with sucrose. I don't think it is bad in moderation, but way too much of it is being used today.
It may be okay in moderation,but it's kind of bad also. Sucrose went out of style in drinks here because of the government taxing it higher than the rest of the world. Read this link for the health problems of sucrose. I like sugar in the raw myself. I'm thinking of trying this muscavado sugar out.
