when circuit city was the place you shopped for electronics
if and when you saw fantasy in the sky at the disney parks
when the eds were the 3 funniest boys around.
when you wanted to meet the cast of your favorite 90's shows or have them over at your place for one huge-ass, big, over-the-top-having-everyone-of-your-friends-over P A R T Y! (that was deff, me, with the nicktoons voice actors/actresses and classic CN VO/VA's.)
when that dream of at least meeting an actor or actress of your favorite 90's movie/show came true.
a 90's kid, and i'm damn proud of it!

      - remember recording songs from the radio on music cassettes

      - Win95 had everthing you need and more

      - LEGO

      - knowing all street fighter moves except Zangief roll throw

      - had a shitload of VHS tapes

      - are happy to see Nintendo is still the best selling console despite not having the most powerful hardware (kinda like NES and gameboy, is history repeating itself on this one?)

-When Nickelodeon ruled the airwaves with "Nicktoons" (I wished they brought them back!).

-When Cartoon Network aired "Cartoon Cartoons" (back when it was What A Cartoon Show). I still remember classic episodes of Cow and Chicken, Dexter's Laboratory, and Powerpuff Girls and I still have quite a few episodes on videotape!

-When Discovery Zone rocked for all kids. I know because we used to have a Discovery Zone at the local mall, and I've been there about 4 times before it closed down.

-MTV still aired music videos, but nowadays that cable channel is pure crap! (I did grow up with Beavis and Butt-head back then though!)

That's about all I could think of right now...

When you dream about seas of Surge infested with Shark Bites and clouds made out of Dunkaroos and frosting...lol Random, huh? It was the most 90's thing I could think of right at this second.

                      Oh here's a good one:

When a bunch of people at work talk about newer games for like XBox 360 or PS3 and then you chime in about Sega games and Doom source ports and their eyes glaze over...lol True story.

Dude, someone born in 1999 won't remember the 90's. I would say to be classified as a 90's kid or a Generation Y-er, I think you would have to be born somewhere between 1980 and 1985 and experience most of your childhood in the 90's and be able to remember it for the most part. Same goes for Gen X-ers being born in the 70's remembering how great the 80's were.

Ditto. South Park was great in the 90's-early 2000s too. Not so much lately though and I've been a fan for over 10 years so I know.
