One of the best horror movies in recent memory and a quality original vampire story from Sweden! this one has great acting, gore, originality and of course beauty to go with it.

I saw this at my city's arthouse theater and loved it, one of my new favorite movies of all time.

Not really a remake but more of a US adaptation of the novel which is great stuff and the movie was faithful to it. Maybe Let Me In from the looks of the trailer might not be so bad.

Just watched it and it's pretty good. I wouldn't say a great film, but it's a good film. I kind of want to read the book now and may see how much it cost to order.

The book is a little darker.

It's definitely a more adult and more better written novel of vampires than Twilight Fist. Did you watched it in dubbed or Swedish with english subs?

The one I watched was the dubbed version. Actually I borrowed it from my sister. Didn't even know she had it.

Well I own this on DVD and I loved it. I have it dubbed. I prefer that since I find it hard to enjoy the actual movie if I'm spending the whole time trying to read what everyone is saying. I'm going to see the new version but I don't know if I'll want to buy it. I don't really know if it will be as good as the one I have.

Well i can enjoy any foreign movie in subbed with language and dubbed versions.

Subbed with original language versions can help people remember and speak different languages in case they have foreign friends.

Well, Let me in comes out soon. It is the Americanized adaptation of the story, using the actual title of the book as translated in Swedish.
