Easy. Batman The Animated Series. Everything about it was just so cool. It combined the awesome Batman from the comics with the great look and music of the only real Batman, the one from the Tim Burton movies.

Also easy, Sonic The Hedgehog (SatAM). I love and have seen so many episodes of this classic Sonic adaptation that I can actually recite a few episodes as I watch them for example the episode, "Super Sonic".

So much choice to choose from with 90s cartoons and anime.

-Every vintage Fox Kids cartoon (Bobby's World, Eek! The Cat, The Tick, Life with Louie, C-Bear and Jamal, Space Goofs, Secret Files of the Spydogs, Oggy and the Cockroaches, etc.)
-90s animated sitcoms (Simpsons, King of the Hill, Family Dog, Dilbert, Dr. Katz, Duckman, etc.)
-The Disney Afternoon-era Disney cartoons (Talespin, Darkwing Duck, Goof Troop, Bonkers, Gargoyles, Aladdin, Timon & Pumbaa, Mighty Ducks, etc.)
The early ABC One Saturday Morning Disney cartoons ([Disney's] Doug, Recess, 101 Dalmations: The Series, Pepper Ann, Hercules, The Weekenders, etc.)
-The good 90s Nicktoons ([Original] Doug, vintage Rugrats, Ren & Stimpy, Rocko's Modern Life, Aaahh!!! Real Monsters, Hey Arnold, Angry Beavers, Catdog, etc.)
-The original Cartoon Cartoons (Dexter's Laboratory, Johnny Bravo, Cow & Chicken, Powerpuff Girls, Ed Edd 'n Eddy, Courage the Cowardly Dog, etc.)
-Kids WB animated series (Tiny Toon Adventures, Animaniacs, Pinky and the Brain, Batman: TAS, Superman: TAS, Earthworm Jim, Freakzoid, Road Rovers, etc.)
-90s anime (Slam Dunk, Street Fighter II, Macross Plus, Samurai Pizza Cats, Sailor Moon, Magic Knight Rayearth, Cardcaptor Sakura, vintage Pokemon, vintage Digimon, etc.)
-Other 90s cartoons (Tom & Jerry Kids, Pirates of Dark Water, SWAT Kats, etc.)

The hardest part is choosing just one good animated series that I'd deem my all-around favourite. :?

I'll name as many as I can that I grew up watching:

                                X-Men
                                Spider-Man
                                Beast Wars
                                Mummies Alive!
                                Street Sharks
                                Rugrats
                                Ren & Stimpy
                                Sonic (Both cartoons)
                                Mega Man
                                Bobby's World
                                Earthworm Jim
                                Samurai Pizza Cats
                                Pokemon
                                Dragon Ball
                                Dragon Ball Z
                                Biker Mice From Mars
                                Freaky Stories
                                Sailor Moon
                                The Silver Surfer
Twisted Tales of Felix the Cat

Not all of these hold up well though. Mostly just the ones with serious overtones can still hold up. Like X-Men, Spider-Man, DBZ, etc. But of course, some of the comedies are still great like Ren & Stimpy.
