    Anyone remember this? It was Trilobyte's first game. (They did 11th Hour and Clandestiny.)

    I remember my mum played it and I had to keep watching her til she finally beat it cause it creeped me out so badly. (Skeleton in bathtub + 5 year old girl watching game = recipe for nightmare.)

    I tried beating it finally by myself last year, but unfortunately I forgot to do something. So much for facing old childhood fears. :roll:

    But you gotta admit, it was creepy and cool at the same time. (Old Man Stauf = perfect creepy/deranged lunatic.)

    Anyway, just wondering if anyone else remembered this game. :3

        That and the microscope that you actually didn't HAVE to beat. I've never beaten Stauf at that but my mum did once. I was downstairs and all of a sudden I heard a ridiculously loud "YES!!!!" coming from the computer room. xD;;

          T7G was THE reason I upgraded from a 386sx to a 486sx (or was that dx, I forget).

          Anyway... I just could not stop my jaw from hitting the floor everytime I played it.

          I actually got the special edition when it came out that had a VHS tape of the making of. Good times.

          But Grrrr those dam games were hard. I fondly remember my mom and I finally beating the Can Game w/ the use of a dictionary and thesaurus. :D

          I actually started to play it again a couple weeks ago after I found the install disc in my parent's attic. There was a beta release patch. It sorta works, but will randomly lock up. Funny. I remember the graphics being a heck of a lot better back in the day... oh well, I guess I've been spoiled by the likes of D3 and what not. Playing this game on a Dell 2405FPW is uh.. fun.. lol..since the patch dosen't like to go full screen, I lowered the resolution on the 2405fpw to 800x600.. and it's still not full screen :(

          Funny though, I never went on to get the 11th Hour.. guess I need to get that. 7th Guest had such an awesome feel for the time.. definately ultra ground breaking.

          Awesome Site w/ a lot of info and the patches:

          Link to Fatman track samples,
          I love Skeletons In My Closet, used to always play it on my Stereo System, since the game came w/ those tracks that could be played on the CD player.
