I played with The Littlest Pet Shop "Jungle Bunch" set with some old friends of mine who were girls obviously. It was fun! We had a really really really great friendship! I'm just curious to know if any of you other guys here on Retrojunk ever played with girls' toys, because some of them admitted to owning an "Easy Bake Oven" and some of the old "Polly Pocket" playsets. I must also admit, I always have, and always WILL love the old Littlest Pet Shop commercials! There are even a few sets I would love to own!

I used to know this one dude who played with barbie dolls, but I think something was wrong with him to be honest. Dude was like 12 or 13 years so I think he was a few apples short or a bag. I used to beat the hell out of my sisters dolls. Tie them to train tracks and hang them if that counts.

I recall doing that to my sister's dolls, how they would scream without sound it gives me a cruel chuckle.
Always playing as Yoshi since 1995!

Any friend of mine who did that would have gotten seriously bullied. My grandma used to run a home daycare when I was young, so there were always kids and tons of toys around the house. I would always take any girl's barbie doll, strip it naked/take the head off/cut the hair off/throw it in a bush/run over it with my Power Wheels Jeep/some other form of mutilation, but I will admit that I thought the Pocahontas doll with the color changing hair was kind of cool for 2 seconds. It was moreso the concept of the hair than it was the actual doll, I swear!

Wow you guys' women issues started young didn't they?

I would have made fun of a boy to no end if he had a Easy Bake Oven and his parents for letting him.

I never remember any boys having girls toys. Most of the boys I was around growing up were 100% boy meaning they played sports and played with toys for boys. I use to like playing house with the girls and of course played the husband. I did find some their the toy houses cool, but only because I liked architecture.

I don't remember any boys I knew having girl toys. I don't remember ever playing with girl toys, even though my sister used to have a bunch lying around.

I played with whatever i liked and didnt worry what sex the toy was targeted to. I had a bunch of Ninja Turtles, Ghostbusters and He Man action figures but I'd have them ride on my sisters My Little Ponies lol.

I used to take a Polly Pocket House Playset of my sister's and connect it with a Batcave playset, pretending it was Wayne Manor. I also stole some of her dolls to be Vicky Vale and Lois Lane.

I played with my sister's Western Ken Barbie doll and her Purple Pie Man Strawberry Shortcake dolls when I was a little boy. Sue me!

I had a big Rainbow Brite, a small one, two of the furry star people from Rainbow Brite, and the She-Ra figure. And I know it's really odd, but I had a Sweet Secrets thing. I only got it because it was sort of transformer-like.

VHSer, I applaud you for having the guts to admit you had a few girls' toys growing up.

One of my male cousins had a Cabbage Patch kid back in the late 1980's when he was about 4 or 5!!
