Or just have cartoon network dedicate a few hours a day to 80's toons.
When I die, I want to die peacefully, in my sleep, like my grandpa did. Not like the screaming passengers in his car.

Switch to satelite and check out Boomerang. It's not all 80's, but alot of the programing is. Smurfs, Snorks, GI Joe, Sky Commanders, Superfriends, Pirates of Dark Water are just a few of the shows aired on a regular basis.

As much as I'd like to see it, I don't think an all 80's channel would ever fly. Thats a pretty small demographic you're appealing to.

Oh I don't know about that... It can probably work if they give it some time to sink in with the demographic.
I for one would watch it if it didn't interfere with work and my NES habit.

I agree with Jason43 that it would be a really small demographic to appeal to....All networks rely on viewership to boost their advertising revenue. If there aren't many people watching, the network would not benefit financially...

Quick Mrs. Link, Cut off its head its the only way to stop it!

Good God! Gruff was still a member then! Well, I'd still pay to see a 24 hour 80's cartoon network anyway, regardless of what year I'm in.

Don't you mean your cutlass and pistol? I always get confused what weapons "pirate ninja's" use?

But yes, a 24/7 80's network would be a great way to breed a new generation of Retrojunkies! And they should have classic commercials in between.

                            B-A-N-A-N-A-S!

But seriously, If you were to take a poll on this site I'm sure there would be many people who would watch it, More than enough to encourage its inception.

I don't know why no one has ever thought of an 80's cartoon channel...while they are at it why don't just make an all 80's tv channel with everything on it from the 80's? Sitcoms, dramas, movies, cartoons, music videos, even classic 80's commercials too. That would be an awesome channel.
