      Except for the Nightmare on Elm Street remake. We can't judge that one yet.

                    One of the best horror remakes in my opinion was the remake for Amityville Horror. I loved the original and I have to admit, the remake was almost as good. It might be the only remake that I actually liked since I usually prefer to stick with the original.
