To me, DJ Fire & J Blaque are like the new DJ Paul & Juicy J - continuing to carry the Triple Six torch that Three (Triple) 6 Mafia pretty much let extinguish right after Mystic Stylez and the Live By Yo Rep EP (and, Especially, after they lost Lord Infamous, after Da Unbreakables). Their music has that great Memphis Devil Shit sound, but just happens to be from Maryland. Their latest record, Dark Rituals, even has features from a lot of the old Memphis cats: Lord Infamous, T Rock, K Rock, MC Mack, La Chat, Koopsta Knicca etc. BTW, Koopsta Knicca is supposed to drop Da Devil's Playground Part II sometime soon.
