          		 Is this a character you saw some were or created yourself? I could see him in some kind of comic stripe or cartoon at least.

            		 Croc Master was a Cobra member (of G.I. fame) He only, as far as I know, was made as a figure and appeared in the Marvel comic- I don't think he was ever on the cartoon. (Sunbow for sure not but I've only seen one or two of the DIC cartoons)

                  Not even one of the worse characters. Google images of Raptor, Crystal Ball or Cobra LA and wonder whatthe heck were they thinking.
