Does anyone remember a live action "movie" i guess you would call it, of the Popples... i saw a video when i was younger...

I know there was a girl, and she had all these old toys which I think included the popples, and her parents were going to toss a whole bunch of old stuff and donate it to GoodWill... somewhere in there the popples come to life, and manage to escape from being donated to Goodwill...

...does anyone remember this??? or was i the only kid who saw this video.... :-)

I remember. The Popples were living in these two kids' attic. The kids meet them and start spending a lot of time up there with them. The parents fix up the attic for them while they are away and donate the box with the Popples inside to Goodwill. The kids are upset so they go looking for the box. They find it and the parents are introduced to the Popples. The kids ask to keep them and the parents agree and ask"so what do they eat? Popple Chow?" that's about all I remember.I've only seen it once so the details are a bit foggy.

I alkso remember this, it was pretty commo9n in Blockbuster in the mid 90s - I will never forget the fact the Popples got accidentally donated to God Will and the kids had to break in and get their riends back.

They had a lot of songs too if I remember right.
"Until that day, 'till all are one."

It was a one time deal as far as i know.

I thought of another live action video that was out..... anyone remember one with dogs called the "Wrinkles" ? I believe they were toys at some point, kinda like the pound puppies.

Wrinkles In Need Of Cuddles was the name of the video and yes it was also a toyline.I have one of them sitting on the shelf above my computer.
In the video a girl's Wrinkles came to life and then his family showed up.They were helping her with a report or something.I used to own that video but I haven't seen it in years.

80's dog toys are a specialty of mine.I've collected dog stuff off and on since I was a preschooler,so I have a fairly good working knowledge of dog characters and toys from the 80s and early 90s.
