Since there is a lot of "How long does it take for an article to be approved" topics, this topic will be on which of your articles was approved the quickest.

Mine was "Top 25 Looney Tunes shorts". It's a pretty interesting story. I submitted it during my first period class, and by the time dismissal came around, the article was up and quickly gaining popularity. This is partially why "Top 25 Looney Tunes shorts" is my favorite article that I did for the site.

Around 6 hours. Worked on it early one morning and submitted it around 7am. It was approved around normal time, 1pm-ish (central time). I can't remember which one it was, though.

I have added a few that came up a few hours later as well. I find that when I submit one that it usually pops up in the next batch of articles that go on the front page.

The quickest it took for one of my articles to get up was back in 2006 when I wrote the article "Famous Death: Caught Off-Guard". I wrote it on a Sunday, and it was up 2 days later. I'm sure that there are have been one or two others that got up rather quickly, but they escape my mind at the moment.

Plastic Disasters, my article about lost/broken toys was up within an hour of submission. I was kind of shocked. My first article, Retro Vehicles, took over a week!

My quickest articles always seem to take about two or three days to appear on the site. But, that never bothers me. I always wonder why others get impatient when they don't show up immediately.

I think im the loser here, a week is understandable but compared to hours and 3 days...
