        		 You have to use a web service that gets the .flv video off the server and downloads it to your computer in a format that can be uploaded to retrojunk (such as keepvid.com). From there you should be able to go to "Commercials" in the sidebar and then pick any decade (this does not matter.) Then click on a category (this does not matter either) and then you will see a link under the "sort options" box on the right that will let you upload the file. I have gone ahead and done this with the Windsong vid.
