Does the computer have the original version that came with it, meaning did you upgrade it from Home to Pro? Also have you added any hardware since you bought it? What does the disk do and can you find the same software on their website? Sometimes you have to uninstall it from "programs" in the control panel and then reinstall. It's a little hard to troubleshoot that OEM software. If it's under warranty I would call Toshiba tech support as I'm sure others have had this same issue if this doesn't work.
