Man I feel kind of old I'm almost 29. I'm in the Army EOD (Explosive Ordnance Disposal aka "Bomb Squad"), but I'm getting out now. Hence my screen name Demo for Demolition plus I'm a huge Scooby Fan.

I think I'm older than a lot of the members here(28), but surely some of you have jobs right? If so, what is it and do you enjoy it?

I myself have a pretty cool job. I'm an artist in the video game industry. Been doing it for over 8 years now. It's a really great job. Besides the obvious plus of working on video games, there's a lot of small perks. For instance I haven't shaved in like 2 weeks. Try getting away with that in some "real" job. Also, I'll be in LA for most of next week at E3. Just playing games and getting drunk.

Cool. I am 30 and I have been at my same job for the past 10 years. I am an electronic technician for a company named Digicourse (subsidiary of I-O). We supply underwater cable levelers for companies that search for oil deposits.
Before that I worked for 4 years as a paralegal assistant in my dad's office (he is a paralegal)..

It's OK, next time I'll make you listen. I wish that it were in the power of all children to say that to their parents and to know that indeed they would be heard as we were in those wonderful days on Waltons Mountain.Narrator The Waltons (From the Runawa

Dang....there seems to be a lot of 28 yr. olds on here...that must be the average age for people to rediscover their childhood, eh? Anyway, jobs...

I'm a computer support specialist for Marine Corps Community Services on Okinawa, Japan. Our Management Information Systems branch is responsible for all MCCS computer equipment located on island, including networks, phone lines, point of sale registers, customer use and administrative PCs. Doesn't pay too much, doesn't pay too little....but that's fine. My wife makes the big bucks.
