    		 I think it was a public service announcment.It was always being played in 1979 1980 82 82. Maybe later but the commerical showed a a mom in a raincoat outside and its raining and her kid runbning to her and shw hugs him and the theme of the song says "have you hugged your kid today"

          		 There were several of these from I beleive Arbor House Ministries. I don't remember this one, but I do remember the song.
