            		 GI Joe is like Devastators, forward scrolling shooters. They're VERY similar, probably using the same engine.

                    		 well when i say chrono trigger, everyone knows that didnt get released until the playstation, so i know its not, BUT that was the game that came to mind...i mean, i doubt the game you were refferring to was a 3d game :wink:

                        		 i know, honestly, shrono trigger coulda been a kick ass rpg, but now....they went with, "OOO! Ahhhh! flashy flashy, pretty-pretty lights and oh...the character movies by himself...oh well, at least i can get siezures now"




                        if gaming consoles have the poswer to run such a thing, go outta the way and make it an rpg, who cares if its like a 3 disc game that xosts 70 bux? id buy it....it was a sweet game....

                          Yeah, the protagonists in many eighties shooters are based on Sylvester Stallone (and Rambo), and Arnold Schwarzenegger's many similar roles.

                          Protip: The cover for the NES version of Metal Gear is a slightly altered photopainting of a shot of Michael Biehn in the first Terminator movie.

                          Contra's cover is even more obvious.
