It's like a horror movie. There will be 43059486 other rebels running around but nope he just follows YOU and you keep running and he don't stop... and you hear his breathing and his lightsaber but you don't see him ... that game ruined Vader for me oh well I'm more of an Anakin(Ep.II/III)-fan more than when he is Vader

Maybe you and some of your nieghbors could talk to the police and see what could be done, if you already have not.

Well he hasn't broken into anywhere yet, but the police did take some of his shopping carts. ok, this is off the topic, but the shopping cart thing reminded me of something funny i saw...when i lived in tampa, we had a homeless guy that hung around our apartment complex. every day he had his little shopping cart, and one day we drove by and he was yelling at it and waving his arms around; i mean, i don't know what the shopping cart did to him, but it must have been pretty bad because he was MAD. anywho, the next day we saw him and his cart, and he had put a handwritten "for sale" sign on it.
