I have DirecTV, but we get all of the channels you mentioned. It's pretty hit or miss. NickToons has some good older stuff (Ren & Stimpy, Rocco's Modern Life), and so does TV Land, if you like live action, like Good Times, or Sanford and Son. Toon Disney used to show older shows like Ducktales, Rescue Rangers, Garfield, etc., but now it's pretty much turned into a graveyard for Disney Channel shows that are out of production. If you keep your eye out though, you might get lucky. Boomerang has some good retro stuff (Scooby Doo, The Snorks), but again, it can be hard to catch when it's on. Really, there's no network that shows lots of 80's/90's cartoons regularly. Sorry to have to say that.
