theskooterguy 2 years 4 months ago Posts: 419	Heard the news on Triple M that a small shop burned down after a rat chewed on an electrical wire, mistaking it for cheese! It received an electric shock and after it died, caught fire and started a massive blaze with the help of flammable insulation! Fire brigades from 8 suburbs including Oakden, Golden Grove, Paradise & Salisbury were called to the scene. Damage is estimated to be worth $9,500!

They've officially closed forever due to economic downturn. Fortunately, I've finally setup a Bricklink account and I can order LEGO sets & pieces online!

There was lots of food including three 18 inch square pizzas, lots of beer & soda, a karaoke jukebox, lots of balloons & streamers around the house and a big creamy cake, which was shared with everyone! I was very tired after that long party!

All it's doing outside is that it's raining and having to walk a long distance to go to church is no picnic in the park either. Legs keep hurting and luckily I got some good Stephen King books to read while waiting for the storm to be over. Also finished watching Jurassic Park and Reading the book which was really good. So hopefully I get a better day tomorrow.

They were tackling a house fire started by a team of arsonists that has caused $500K damage to the entire property. The family who owned the house were on holiday at the time and their home wasn't properly secured when they left. I felt very sorry to them!

bklynbren 1 year 5 months ago Posts: 868	I decided to get some Chinese fried dumplings for lunch today. While driving through the parking lot I had to navigate around this slow moving car. When I looked in my mirror I realized that no one was in the car, it had been rolling by its self out of control. Right then two people ran out and stopped it. Afterwards I left my cell phone at the Chinese food restaurant and had to hall ass back before someone could steel it. I really need to set a pin on that phone again.

It will take time to replace the electronics and all the necessary connections. My online postings will be few until I find easier web access outside the Public Library.
