Then I'm heading over to a friend's after work to have a glass of wine. Perfect ending for today. Tomorrow....nothing but GYM

mysticwryter 3 years 7 months ago Posts: 845	Finally went to the gym, hung out with a friend for lunch, work.....and then bedtime when I get home. Tomorrow, I'm going to go into overdrive on the gym...running, situps, pushups, eliptical and whatever I can do to keep myself active tomorrow

RetroxBunny 3 years 6 months ago Posts: 1989	That sounds like something we (or they) did at our school for Terry Fox Run because we couldn't ACTUALLY go for a REAL run. Stupid fight that happened days prior to the walk-a-thon :/ Woke up with yet another headache, went out with Ozzy, went to the grocery store, two hours later I found my dog sniffing on a five week old squirrel. Keeping care of it (outside). I hope he finds his mother ): Oh yeah, and a small bird pooped a small poop on my pants :/

mysticwryter 3 years 6 months ago Posts: 845	well I couldn't sleep well last night (damn coffee and warm weather). Finally got to bed around 0500 and woke up at 1100; coffee and vitamins along with a banana; spent the rest of the noon-ish hours on the porch drinking coffee and smoking, enjoying the 80+ degree weather. Then off to work where I don't want to be at anymore and sit there on my ass trying to figure out what to do on a Thurs. afternoon. Hopefully the day goes by quickly and that I come home and go straight to bed for a early Friday wake-up call.

theskooterguy 3 years 6 months ago Posts: 419	Today, my suburb had a massive power outage! A transformer on a stobie pole encountered a surge & caught fire, causing a blackout to 4 housing estates! That means that I'll have no light or heat until the transformer is replaced next week.

RetroxBunny 3 years 6 months ago Posts: 1989	Went to Best Buy and tried out the Nintendo 3DS. It was incredible, but wow it really sort of hurts your eyes. Also tried out the tablet. Super cool. Played this Need for Speed Hot Pursuit with three computer screens with a wheel and clutch, break, and gas pedals. It was amazing!

eddstarr88 3 years 6 months ago Posts: 6887	Eddie's got a roommate! One of my buddies from the shelter got banned for throwing a punch and he needed a place to stay. I moved into the livingroom and my friend has the bedroom now. This was not planned, my buddy was in real trouble. When he was kicked out of the shelter he also lost his storage space. Plus he's a full-time student at Renton Technical College and I couldn't imagine him studying under a tarp with all his books. His schedule keeps him outta my hair, even on weekends. I'm going to delay setting up my broadband service until he gets a place of his own.

She had been looking for her pet for days until I came to her door! She was so happy to have it back that she gave me a reward of $1000!
