    		 I am scared of spiders but yet have never really been attacked by them.. I have 2 wasp sting scars.. go figure.

      		 I stepped on a stunned/dead red wasp once (with my bare foot, accidentally, didn't even know it was there), then felt a sharp pain, which felt like one of my sister's hair ponies

      next thing I know, I was like "holy crap !!!"

      does that count as being stung

        		 Spiders are way too creepy for me. I can't even watch people handle their pet tarantulas. The only way they appear cool is either behind glass or on The Discovery Channel.

            		 Bees/Wasps.
            I was mildly allergic to bees when I was a kid (I've grown out of it, thankfully), and once rode my bike over a ground nest. I got half a dozen stings on my legs and but--not fun. Spiders, on the other hand, have never done me any harm. I usually leave spiders well enough alone, even if they're in my room.

              		 i hate centipedes, they are scarier than any insect/bug. they bite, theyre extremely fast, long and hairy. :shock:

                		 i love insects, and spiders (i've owned a few tarantulas in my day), but i'd have to vote for bees and wasps on this one. once i was driving down the road, minding my own business, when a wasp flew in my window, down the back of my shirt, and proceeded to sting the **** outta me. not good times, i tell you.

                  :lol: I have never seen a hairy centipede, nor in all my times of handling them have I been bitten, but they are extremely fast. Fast moving bugs are a bit more intimidating especially when you see a spider on the wall, go grab something to kill it... and then you go back and it's gone.

                    		 Bugs don't really bug me. :lol: I mean, they're fine with me as long as they don't invade my personal space. I have problems with that, but I don't freak out. I kinda like spiders. They don't fly, they keep to themselves, eat other pests, and we don't have any poisonous ones around here.

                    I do have a slight problem with bees and wasps though. They're more invasive than mosquitos and they can hurt you. I hate when they're around. They make nests in the most inconvenient places! Especially Yellow Jackets. Like, right where people are all the time: pools, houses, playgrounds, etc. You hardly ever see them in trees, away from people! It's like they WANT to sting you.

                            I used to think praying mantises were the coolest bugs ever and was messing with one on a stick one time. It srawled up the stick, I turned the stick around and it crawled back up to the other side. I kept doing this over and over and finally it stopped and then turned its head and looked straight at me. I thought this was pretty cool so I stared right back at him. Suddenly the damn thing jumped right into my face. I never messed with another praying mantis again.

                                		 Bees. They all sting, right? Unless I'm mistaken :oops: Though not every spider bites, so I'm cool with those, unless half the size of my pinky (daddy long legs freak me out). Ew one time I had two huge daddy long legs on my bed ... omg I thought that was the end for me...
